International Movers Scams

Choosing a reputed international movers is a big concern with scams being so common these days. Some of the scams to watch out for are:
The most common scam is giving you a low quote and then charging you heavily at destination. Next, some movers bluff you by charging high and then subcontracting the transport with some non reputed inexperienced movers who charge less. Breakage of goods is another common scam reported quite often. The insurance policy of some movers refunds you the amount in case of damage of goods, which actually costs much lesser; say ten times less than the actual cost of your goods. Again some movers charge you heavily on parking expenses claiming that they were unable to park the truck at the required location.
